Description: This is the GIS Data provided by REGIS of Shelby County, GIS Department. It contains the spatial information of the Tax parcels.LIMITED WARRANTYLIMITED WARRANTY. The Shelby County Assessor of Property (SCAP) warrants that for a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt, in normal use, the physical media which the data is loaded will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.CUSTOMER REMEDIES.Your exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of the 2019 Certified Assessment Roll CD ROM that does not meet the SCAP Limited Warranty and that is returned to the SCAP with a copy of your paid receipt.
