This is the GIS Data provided by REGIS of Shelby County, GIS Department. It contains the spatial information of the Tax parcels.LIMITED WARRANTYLIMITED WARRANTY. The Shelby County Assessor of Property (SCAP) warrants that for a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt, in normal use, the physical media which the data is loaded will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.CUSTOMER REMEDIES.Your exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of the 2019 Certified Assessment Roll CD ROM that does not meet the SCAP Limited Warranty and that is returned to the SCAP with a copy of your paid receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the data load resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.Any replacement of the 2019 Certified Assessment Roll CD ROM will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is shorter.NO OTHER WARRANTIES.SCAP disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the 2019 Certified Assessment Roll CD-ROM and accompanying written materials.NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.In no event shall SCAP, its suppliers, dealers or distributors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of data or information, or any kind of consequential, indirect, incidental, or pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SCAP product, even if SCAP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.*Please read the following in its entirety. It contains information that may be helpful to you upon importing this data.*This data is in Comma Delimited ASCII format. The key field of each table is indicated with an asterisk (*). In most cases this field will be the parcel id (PARID).*Coded fields are identified in the data dictionary by an exclamation mark (!) next to the field. The table AEDIT contains the tablename, fieldname, codes and description for these.*Those tables that may contain multiple records for a parcel will be indicated by (MULT) in the description section for that table. (i.e. many parcels may have more than one sale)*Some tables may not have a record for some parcels, where appropriate.
